CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 30+ days notice – full refund less $10 admin fee
  • 7-30 days notice – 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days notice – no refund
  • Medical emergencies will be reviewed case by case and may require doctor’s note
  • Less than 48 hours notice – no refunds for any reason

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that a clinic cannot be held due to weather conditions or other circumstances outside of the control of the APP Academy, a full refund will be issued. In the event that a clinic begins but cannot be concluded, participants will be refunded on a pro rata basis. For example, if 50% of a clinic is completed, a 50% refund will be issued.

INSTRUCTOR & SCHEDULE CHANGES

If a clinic’s final number of registrants is less than 8, we reserve the right to run the clinic with Zane as the solo instructor. If a clinic’s final number of registrants goes beyond 16, a third additional instructor may be utilized. APP Tour events are subject to change beyond our control; if a clinic date or is changed, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel and receive a full refund.
